The Customer Service and Warehouse team at Corex pride ourselves on our ability to process, and despatch all Customer orders in a timely and professional manner.

We are a one stop shop, providing Customer and Sales support, Order processing, Order picking and packing, and Despatch for the Domestic and Export markets.

Our Team, is small, but committed to excellence.

The Customer Service Departments goal is to process all orders on the same day of receipt, and confirm all details, including despatch times within 48 hours. If we have stock available we can often despatch same day. We keep in regular contact with our Customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their orders. We liaise constantly with our Manufacturing and Fabrication areas to ensure our Customer orders are kept on track.

The Warehouse team resides within the Customer Service department to ensure a seamless flow from process to despatch. Our team is responsible for picking, packing, and despatching orders right around Australia and packing containers for various overseas destinations.
